"We thought Andrew Soto was great. He answered all our questions clearly and in detail. He was very good at explaining the options and how to operate them. There was not any kind of high pressure sales that some sales reps use. I thought he was a pleasure to work with. Chris Black was also very good at explaining the extended warrantees available and again, there was no pressure to purchase one or the other. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The last car we bought was a 2016 Ford Edge that we bought at OC Welch and our experience buying that car was a big reason why we came back to OC welch to buy this Lincoln.. I am very happy doing business at OC Welch with all the departments in cluding the service."
